Towing?
We will tow illegally parked or abandoned vehicles for property
owners and management at the expense of the vehicle's owner.
If the proper signs have been posted, there are a few ways to handle the
towing. First, we can random check your parking areas. We will check it at various times
of the day, or hours that you specify, and we will perform checks on your parking areas. For example, you can request checks
during the hours of 10pm to 6am daily.
The second is by complaint. We will check the lot when
we receive a complaint from someone authorized (tenants, management or maintenance, or persons that the you specify).
